1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Autone platform ("Service") at autone-solutions.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Autone is an influencer marketing platform that helps businesses discover, match with, and manage outreach to social media influencers. The Service includes AI-powered influencer matching, program management, email outreach automation, and analytics.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Email Integration

When you connect your email account (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365), you authorize Autone to:

• Send emails on your behalf to influencers as part of your programs
• Process replies received through our inbound email system
• Use AI to classify and draft responses to influencer communications

You are responsible for the content of emails sent through the platform and must comply with all applicable anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.). You may disconnect your email account at any time, which immediately revokes our sending access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or misleading content through the platform
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or deceive any person
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Use the Service to send emails that violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or other anti-spam regulations
• Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse the email sending functionality

6. Subscription and Payments

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Billing occurs monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI to generate outreach messages, classify replies, and suggest responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all outreach communications before they are sent. The platform includes approval workflows to ensure human oversight of AI-generated content.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Autone. You retain ownership of your program content, email templates, and business data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Autone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
